These terms govern use of towerops.us. A signed pilot, subscription, order form, or service agreement will contain the commercial terms for any Tower service.
Website purpose
This site provides information about Tower and a way to request a technical walkthrough. Site content, example workflows, launch pricing, and availability are informational and may change. They are not a binding offer or service-level commitment.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, scrape personal information, or use automated traffic to overwhelm forms or endpoints.
Product claims and pilots
Tower is currently offered through scoped, managed deployments. Capabilities depend on the agreed integrations, environment, permissions, and pilot scope. A signed agreement—not this website—controls pricing, support, security commitments, data handling, warranties, and deliverables.
Intellectual property
The Tower name, site design, product interfaces, copy, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a license beyond ordinary use of the website.
Third-party services
References to Cisco Meraki, Microsoft, Verkada, ADP, Freshservice, and other products describe potential integrations. Those companies’ names and marks belong to their respective owners, and their services remain governed by their own terms.
