Privacy Notice

This notice explains what the Tower marketing site collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you request a walkthrough, we collect the contact and company details you submit, your site range, the problem you want to solve, and a record of your consent. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials.

Basic marketing measurement

We record limited, first-party events such as page views and calls-to-action, along with campaign labels and the referring website when available. This measurement does not use advertising cookies and does not store your IP address in the marketing-event record.

How we use information

  • Respond to walkthrough and pilot requests.
  • Understand which product areas and campaigns are useful.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
  • Maintain request history and follow-up records for our sales process.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell the personal information submitted through this site. We may use infrastructure and service providers that process information for hosting, security, communication, or business operations, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, contractual or legal needs, and legitimate business records. Marketing event records are designed for a limited measurement window. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Send the request through the Tower contact form using the same email address.
